Example: Litho - Sheetfed
Overview
- Lithographic (Litho) Sheetfed Printing is a common method in commercial printing.
- It uses the lithographic process, where an image is applied to a printing plate.
- The image area attracts ink, while non-image areas repel ink.
- Sheetfed refers to the individual sheets of paper that are fed into the printing machine one at a time.
- Litho is suitable for short to medium print runs, providing high-quality print output with excellent colour accuracy.
- This method is often used in the production of magazines, brochures and other marketing materials.
