Email Stationery

Overview

Info

Email Stationery is edited in the HTML Editor. From version 26.05, with Use WYSIWYG HTML Editor set to Yes, you can edit it as it will look on the Editor tab, and you can add <!--Message--> on the Code tab where the email text must go. Without it, the message is placed after the first paragraph.

  • Email Stationery consists of a pre-designed template applied to email messages sent from QuickEasy.
  • Email Stationery can be linked to a specific user or a company (generic).
  • If a User Email Stationery exists, it overrides the Generic Email Stationery.
