Quotations - Notifications
Overview
This Notification displays Quotation Items. The Stored Procedure name is NOTIFICATION_QUOTATIONS.

Quotations - Rep Name - Status; Date; Quotes; Total
Fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| QT No. | The Quotation Number. |
| Date | The date on which the original Quotation was created. |
| Rep | The Staff Member assigned the role of representative in Office > My Organisation > (select Staff Member) Role > Rep. |
| User | Indicates the Staff member or originator of the Quotation. |
| Customer | The name of the customer selected from a dropdown list to whom the Quotation is addressed. |
| Item No. | A sequential number is given to each Quotation item. |
| Category | The Job Category description. |
| Description | Description of the items in the estimate for specific products and services. |
| Total (Excl) | A line-item total in the local Currency of the transaction, excluding the VAT amount. |
| Qty | Indicates the number of Units. |
| Status - QT Status - Show Colour | Indicates the current Status of the Quotation. |
| Forecast | Forecast date. |
