Online Library
Overview
- Use the Online Library to import standard Materials and Prices from a central repository which is regularly updated.
- The Updated field in the grid view is the Date the material was last updated on the central server.
- Prices are always imported in the Local Currency.
General Settings
Note
The defaults are the values for new databases and new users. Your database may have different values.

Setting up Categories for Imports

| Substrates - Labels |
|
| Substrates - Large Format - Sheets | Substrates used in large format printing and signage, supplied in Sheets must be imported into a category where Type = Sheets. |
| Substrates - Large Format - Reels | Substrates used in large format printing and signage, supplied in Reels must be imported into a category where Type = Reels. |
| Paper - Sheets | Paper supplied in Sheets for litho and digital printing that must be imported into a category where Type = Sheets. |
| Envelopes | Envelopes must be imported into a category where Type = Sheets. |

Buttons Explained
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| Connect | Connects to the server. |
| Close | Closes the import interface. |
| Import | Imports the chosen data. Only appears after a connection to the server is established. |
Filters Explained: Online (Header)
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Online: Category | A dropdown list with available online Categories. |
| Supplier | A dropdown list with available online Suppliers. |
| Update only | Checkbox to only update the existing records. |

Info
The information displayed is from the online database.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Field Chooser (*) | Lets you add or remove columns. |
| Block | If the record was already imported, a blue block appears in this column. |
| Description | The material's description. |
| Subcategory | The material's subcategory. |
| Code | The material's code. |
| Supplier Price | The selected Supplier's Price. |
| /Qty | The Quantity included in the Price. |
| Updated | The date on which the record was last updated. |
