Customer Price Lists
Overview
A Price List adds a markup or a discount to the sell prices for a group of customers, for example, Silver 0%, Gold -10% and Platinum -15%. Each customer can be linked to one Price List.
A Price List's Adj % is applied to the sell price: Sell Price × (1 + Adj % ÷ 100). A negative percentage gives a discount.
Price Lists are used in these places:
- Customers: the customer's Price List field (see Customers Edit View). You can also change it for several customers at once with a Batch Update on the customer list.
- Quotations: the Quotation takes the customer's Price List for its material prices (see Quotations).
- Products: each product can have its own adjustment for each Price List (see Products).
For the steps, see the Customer Price Lists Tutorial.
