Enhancements

Work Orders – The Work Order Due Date column was added to the Output View.

Documentation – The Documentation link was updated.

e-Invoicing Enhancements

e-Invoicing (UAE) – You can now export Customer Invoices and Customer Credit Notes to a .csv file: on the Customer Invoices list, click Menu > Export UAE eInvoices (.csv). The export includes the invoices and credit notes in the Date Filter range (see e-Invoicing (UAE) in Customer Invoices).

Customers – Individual address fields were added to Customer Addresses: Line1, Line2, City, State/Province, Country and Code. These fields generate the full address in the Address field. Existing addresses are kept, but saving changes to the address fields replaces them.

Customers – The Default address checkbox was changed to a selection of Delivery or Billing.

Customers – An e-Invoicing tab was added to record the customer attributes required for the e-invoicing export: Trade License (License No., Licensing Authority, Issue Date, Expiry Date), Tax Registration (TRN No., Issue Date, Reg Date) and e-Invoicing (TIN No., Billing Category, SEPA Creditor, DUNS No., Tax Exception).

My Organisation – An e-Invoicing tab was added to record all the company attributes required for the e-invoicing export (see e-Invoicing).

Customer Invoices / Customer Credit Notes – A Billing field was added to select the Customer's billing address. It is populated from the Customer's default billing address.

Fixes

Testing – Tests were run on all queries, procedures and SQL statements to catch potential SQL errors.

Cost of Sales – The query that selects transactions by invoice date was updated to improve performance.

Standard Estimating – Functions that could cause a mismatch between the MU% and the Profit were updated. As a reminder:

  • If you change the Category in the estimate, you are prompted to update the MU%.
  • If you change the Customer, Category or Branch on the Quotation edit view in a way that affects the MU%, a warning appears, but the estimates are not updated. This behaviour is by design: you often quote an agency first and, once the quote is approved, change the customer to the end client.
  • The Revert to default Adjustments action in the estimate resets the adjustments to their defaults.
  • If a category is not used to adjust the markup, leave its MU% blank rather than setting it to 100%.

Online Library – An issue that stopped the Online Library from working was fixed.

Testing – Several AI-driven tests were added and run to make the application more robust.
