Enhancements#

Material Movement – The In Stock column now displays the quantity according to the selected Unit. An additional lookup Unit column was added to the Items grid. (The editable Unit column is still available).

Suppliers – Export Grid functionality was added.

Work Orders – The Size field from the linked Estimate is now available in the data pipelines WO_Rec and WO_All – SIZEDESC.

Work Orders – The Action to Upload Workticket (.pdf) was moved from the Menu button to the Output menu. Reminder: The uploaded workticket can be viewed from the Tracker and mobile app.

Quotations – An Output option was added to Upload Quotation (.pdf). You can view the uploaded Quotation on the mobile app. The menu item to Upload Quotation (.xml) was moved to the Output menu. NB. The available templates are the same as for Print & Preview. The Status of the quotation is not updated to the Default Output Status when this action is executed.

Customers – A Contact (Statements) was added on the accounting tab. By default, statements are sent to this contact if one is selected. If not selected, Statements are sent to the Contact (Accounts). 

Customer Contacts – A Status column was added to set Contacts to Cancelled if they no longer work at the company. Cancelled Contacts still display in historical transactions, but they can no longer be selected on new transactions.

The following Bank Import profiles were added. The naming convention of the profiles was changed to indicate the date when the profile was added – we will rename profiles as we update them and file samples:

• SA Standard (.ofx) - July 26
• SA Standard (.ofx) - April 26 – Updated name only, previously 'Option 2'.
• SA Investec (.csv) - July 26

Production Planning Enhancements - Dashboard#

A Capacity Planning chart was added. This chart displays:

• Capacity – From linked Work shifts.
• Loading – Active Tasks where Job Due Date is inside the selected Date Filter.

A Stages view was added. You can use Batch Updates to update Shifts to a Stage.

An Operators view was added. You can use Batch Updates to Assign a Shift to an Operator.

Fixes#

Fixed: Tracker – Login audits were not created when users logged in – they are now created as Description = 'Login - Tracker'.

Fixed: When a Sales Order was copied to a new Sales Order, the default 'New' Status was not applied.

Fixed: Standard Estimating – If you executed the Overprint function from the Printing wizard's Summary tab for a Custom Imposition, the Qty Up on the Overprint Part would be set to 0.

Fixed: Dashboard – The Chart Type linked to Custom Reports was not used in the Dashboard. However, saving the Layout on the Dashboard overrides the setting.

Fixed: Font scaling issue on the Bulk Emailing dialogue.

Fixed: Inventory > Detailed Ledger > The Location filter was not working correctly. This fault caused the report to display incorrect records if the selected Location was not used by the item. The report no longer selects Pending Stock Checks – previously they were displayed as 'SC Error'. Reminder: Pending Stock Checks do not update Inventory.

Materials > Estimates – When a Material uses Price Type = Unit Price, the function to update the Material from Estimate no longer deletes the Costs linked to other Units (other than the Base Unit). An error message is now returned when trying to update an Item from an inactive estimate.

Setup Accounting – The icons on the Expand/Collapse buttons were updated.

Edit Staff > Settings – A grid footer with a count summary was added. Grid filtering was disabled on the Value column to prevent passwords from being exposed.
