  • Copy Work Order Due Date to Sale Order Due Date (Disables Sales Order Due Date)

Purchase Orders: A data pipeline PO_WO_Parts was added – this exposes the Parts records from the linked Work Order. This pipeline depends on a header link from PO to WO.

The Copy Rule setting is named: Purchase Orders - Copy to Materials Movement (Return). The setting enables a copy rule on Purchase Orders and on Material Movement (MMR-PO). Edit Staff: Copy Rules > Purchase Orders - Copy to Materials Movement (Return) – grants access to both aforementioned copy instructions (restart required).

Note: When you use Mode = Scan WO No., the Planning Board is not updated.

Fixes

  • You can no longer change the General Setting > Currencies > Use 3 decimals in currency if transactions exist in the Ledger.
  • Fixed: When a Purchase Order was copied to a Sales Order, the Status setting on the Copy dialogue was not working.
  • Fixed: When a Delivery Note was in a Complete Status, the Copy rule to Customer Invoices was enabled (It is now disabled, similar to how it works in Sales Orders).
  • Fixed: CAA – The Total + WIP value was not calculated correctly if you used 3 decimals.
  • Fixed: When you changed the 'From' address on the email edit form, it would revert to the user setting when it was sent.
  • Fixed: Standard Estimating – The function to 'Update Service' in Finishing and Pre-press was not working correctly. You were also unable to 'Open linked Service Item' after executing the 'Update Service' function.
  • Fixed: Planning Board – GI/PO Transactions created from the Materials View were unavailable in Links/Linked transactions on the Work Order. Note: If you create one PO/GI per Work Order, the Header link is also updated now.
  • The defunct Copy Rule 'Materials Movement (Receive) - Copy to Materials Movement (Return)' was removed.
  • The grid view column filters on all the Date columns, on both List Views and Items Views, were updated to use relative date periods instead of selecting from the actual dates. For example, Tomorrow, Next Week or Next Month. The actual dates still appear below the relative periods.
