Enhancements

Purchase Orders: An Updated by field was added for use in Change Logs. It remains blank until a Purchase Order is updated.

Quotations: The Quotation Item Category field was added to the quotation items data pipeline: CATEGORY_QTITEM.

Quotations - Job Category: An Account field was added. When the Category is assigned to a Quotation Item, for instance an Estimate, the Account is assigned from the Category. (Only if the Account field on the Category is not blank.)

Inventory - Ageing View – An Item Status column was added which lets you filter the column by Status.

Change Log: Colour was added to the change logs to make it easier to see the before and the after data.

Customer Enhancements

The Type field (Individual/Company) was removed – all Customers work the same as the Company type worked before.

A Deposit % field was added to the Accounting tab for use in Quotations. By default, the Deposit % is set to 50%. The upgrade script sets the field to 50% and Batch Update functionality was also added to update this field.

Service Manager Enhancements

  • The following Settings were added:
    • User Settings > Service Manager > Default Data Filter (Default = Today)
    • General Settings > Service Manager > Enable editing Status and Assign to (Default = No)
  • Side-panel View: Several header fields are now also displayed in the side-panel view. The Status and Assign to fields are editable if the above setting is set to yes.
  • Side-panel View: You can now right-click a note and Expand or Collapse it – the Expand/Collapse state persists so you can use it to flag completed items.
  • You can now create a Sales Order directly from the Service Manager – for example, when a Quotation is not required.

Fixes

  • Fixed: Service Manager – The default email was truncating the Response text.
  • Fixed: MMR – If you changed, say, the Item Description, and then updated the Status without saving, your changes would revert.
  • Fixed: Transaction Links – A truncation error was returned if you recorded an unusually long supplier Invoice number.
  • Fixed: Customer Invoices > Edit view – The DN No was displaying the DnItemID field instead of the DN No.
  • Fixed: Change Logs – When a Transaction was copied, the Status change on the Source transaction was not assigned to the current user.
  • Fixed: The <Qty Up> used in the Print Description was not working correctly for 'Custom Impositions'.
  • Fixed: The link for Help > Online Documentation was incorrect.
